3/4oz Lemon Juice⁠
1oz Simple Syrup⁠
1oz Egg Whites⁠

Steps

Add all ingredients to shaker tin & shake without ice. Add ice to tin & finish shake. Double strain into coup glass & sidecar. Top with drops of Angostura bitters.⁠
