London Dry Gin

2 oz State Line American or London Dry Gin

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1/4 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients into your shaking tin, add ice, and shake. Double strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
