2 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters

Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lemon peel, expressed and inserted

Directions: Fill Collins glass with ice, add Topo. top with State Line Coffee Liqueur. Express and insert lemon peel for garnish.
