Bottling

Have you wanted to get a feel for what it’s like to work at a distillery? Join our team for a half-day to help us bottle our spirits.

What to Expect

First and foremost, you can expect to have good times with great spirits. Make no mistake, however, this is an authentic distillery production shift. You’ll be working on the bottling line, unloading glass, filling bottles, applying labels, corking, and boxing. Each shift lasts approximately 4 hours—one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

To be a volunteer you must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift. Work clothes are required: pants and closed-toed shoes (no sandals allowed!).

How Am I Assigned a Shift?

We have a list of volunteers eager to join our team. To keep things equitable, names are drawn randomly from this list. If chosen, you will receive an email with all the pertinent details including a deadline to respond. If you have confirmed as a volunteer we are counting on you and expect you will arrive to the distillery on-time and ready to work. If you don’t report to a volunteer shift after you have confirmed, your eligibility to volunteer in the future may be revoked (nobody likes to be stood up).

What’s In It For Me?

Besides being able to brag to your friends about your behind-the-scenes look into our distillery, you’ll also get to sample the spirit we are bottling. We’ll spring for a meal at the end of your shift and also send you on your way with some State Line swag for your effort. Sound like a good deal?
