1 1/2oz State Line American Gin
1/2 oz Wollersheim Blackberry Brandy
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Organic Cane Sugar Syrup (1:1)
1 Drop Maldon Sea Salt Solution (10%)
2 Drop Citric & Malic Acid Solution
3 Dash Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
2 Fresh Sage Leaves (Rubbed)
Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Double strain into chilled rocks glass with fresh ice or chilled coupe. Express the lemon disc over the cocktail and discard. Garnish with a fresh, rubbed sage leaf.
