1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

1 1/2 oz Coconut Cream (we recommend Coco Lopez)

1/2 oz Acid Adjusted Orange Juice

Ingredients:

500g Fresh Navel Orange Juice
17g Citric Acid
11g Malic Acid

Process: Combine ingredients, whisk until incorporated. Store in a sealed container, refrigerate, use within 1 Week.

Steps

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice, and shake. Dump shaker contents into Hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple frond & orange peel.
