With a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for the art of distilling, Rebekah brings both precision and heart to her role as Assistant Production Manager and Distiller. A former math and science teacher, she draws on her STEM background to approach distillation with an analytical mindset—where chemistry, creativity, and craftsmanship come together.

Her fascination with the world of spirits began with a love for Scotland and its rich whisky traditions. Rebekah’s experience in Scottish Highland and Country dance, along with her leadership as president of the St. Andrews Society, reflects her passion for culture and community—bringing knowledge, energy, and a sense of fun to everything she does at the distillery.

At home, Rebekah enjoys home brewing, dancing, and baking (her sourdough is legendary). A proud mom of three, she gracefully balances the joyful chaos of family life with the structured demands of production. Her ability to juggle schedules, troubleshoot on the fly, and bring calm to any situation makes her an essential part of our team.
