Process
Juice the Grapefruit: Wash your grapefruit, cut it in half, and juice it. Strain the fresh juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
Measure Ingredients: Carefully weigh out 250g of the strained grapefruit juice and 25g of citric acid.
Combine and Mix: Add both the grapefruit juice and citric acid to a mixing vessel. Stir or whisk until the citric acid is fully dissolved and incorporated into the juice.
Store: Pour the finished acid-adjusted grapefruit juice into a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
