375g Raw Honey*
100g Granulated Cane Sugar
300g Filtered Water
- Measure Ingredients: Carefully weigh out 375g of raw honey, 100g granulated cane sugar and 300g of filtered water.
- Heat: Heat 300g filtered water in a tea kettle or covered pot. Start with more to ensure you have more after any evaporation.
- Combine and Mix: Add both raw honey and sugar to a mixing vessel. Once water is at a boil, remove from heat andsStir or whisk until incorporated with the honey..
- Store: Pour the finished honey syrup into a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
